HUFS maintained its strength in globalization and reputation in various recent reports on university rankings.

The first report by JoongAng Ilbo University Rankings was published on November 16, 2019, noted that HUFS ranks 13th in overall factors—same as the previous years’ rank. In the report, HUFS ranked 2nd in the “international faculty ratio” category and 8th in the “international student ratio” category, marking an impressive achievement in the globalization category. In the reputation category, HUFS ranked 9th in the “parents’ preferred ranking” category, 11th in the “potential ranking” category, and 11th in the “contribution to the nation” category. In addition, HUFS moved up one rank to the 9th for the “academics ranking” category.

In the QS Asia University Rankings report published on November 27, 2019, HUFS ranked 89th in the Asian university rankings (11th in among Korean universities). From the Korean universities rankings, HUFS ranked 2nd in the “international faculty ratio” category, 4th in the “inbound exchange student ranking” category, and 1st in the “outbound exchange student ranking” category which is a record held for the past 11 years, showing the competitive edge HUFS maintains in the globalization category.
