HUFS Career Development Center implements AI solution for employment
On June 1, HUFS Career Development Center implemented an AI solution (AI interviews/AI cover letters) in response to the changing trends of AI recruitment processes. Due to the COVID-19 crisis, more companies are hiring based on no-contact methods, and HUFS students can receive help in adapting to this trend with the AI solution.
The AI solution utilizes AI deep learning, based on more than 600,000 database entries, to analyze and assess cover letters. In addition, it uses Vision Analysis, Natural Language Processing, and Personality Insight to help students prepare for AI interviews for different positions and situations at companies.
Director of Career Development Center Oh Se-hong said that the AI solution will help students adapt to the latest trends in employment and that the center will continuously update its service for customized solutions.
