■ HUFS Seoul Campus Career Development Center (University Job Plus Center) enhances its infrastructure for stronger online job skill coaching and training
HUFS Seoul Campus Career Development Center (University Job Plus Center, Director Kim Min-Jung) renovated its career counseling rooms over the summer vacation to provide students a better career and employment consultation experience. It also expanded the AI interview rooms in Job Studio, offering students more opportunities to enhance their employability through online interview practice tools.

Before the renovation, the Center had offered its career counseling services in cubicles installed in the HUFS administrative office space. The open space plan had raised some privacy concerns, especially during one-on-one counseling between career consultants and students. The newly renovated space features six separated rooms and a waiting room in Room 105, Room 102-2, and Room 103 on the first floor of Cyber Building, allowing students to discuss their personal concerns regarding their future career and employment plan. It also expanded the AI interview space in Job Studio, creating more space for video interviews, AI interviews, online meetings, and many more programs.
As one of Seoul’s University Job Plus Centers, the Center’s AI interview space in Job Studio is open to young people and jobseekers in the neighborhood through a reservation system, making it available to more of those in need of career and employment services. As a result of this outreach effort, the number of counseling sessions for the first half of the year has already surpassed the last year’s total number of counseling sessions. Leveraging the renovated facilities, the Center will continue to provide quality counseling services going forward.
