On September 30, 2022 (Friday), Spanish Ambassador to Korea Guillermo Kirkpatrick de la Vega and Spanish General Consul to Korea Juan Moreda Otero visited HUFS and met with HUFS President Park Jeong-Woon to discuss possible measures to facilitate educational exchanges between the two nations.

After the meeting with President Park, they visited AULA Cervantes at HUFS. The two institutions agreed to cooperate to promote Spanish language courses and DELE exams in Korea.
