On December 5, 2022 (Monday), HUFS (Dean of International Affairs Yang Jae-Wan) received a plaque of appreciation as an outstanding partner institution at the Excellent King Sejong Institute Scholars’ Presentation hosted by King Sejong Institute Foundation (President Lee Hae-Young), an organization affiliated with the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. The event was held in Ruby Hall located on the 22nd floor of The Plaza Hotel Seoul.

The event celebrated the achievements of the foundation’s scholars and their supporting organizations, sharing the foundation’s programs and best practices and honoring its scholarship partners with plaques of appreciation.  

Since signing an MOU with King Sejong Institute Foundation in 2016, HUFS offered learning opportunities to foundation-recommended scholars for three years from 2017 to 2019. HUFS’s quality programs helped them grow into global talents. During the event, two HUFS scholars presented on their college life and future career plans, adding even more meaning to the event.
